At Udariya Fashion, we want you to love what you ordered. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns and exchanges according to the policy below.

1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange:


The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.


Return or exchange must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.


Items bought during sale, clearance, or promotional offers are not eligible for return or exchange unless received in a damaged or defective state.


Certain items like innerwear, accessories, and personalized products are not eligible due to hygiene and customization reasons.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please submit a request through our Return/Exchange form available on our website.

Once your request is reviewed, our team will provide return instructions and next steps.

3. Return Pickup / Self-Shipping


Pickup Service: Available for select pin codes. A courier partner will collect the product from your address.


Self-Shipping: If pickup is not available in your area, you may need to ship the item back to us. Please use a reliable courier and keep the tracking details for reference.


Shipping charges for returns may apply unless the product is damaged or defective.

4. Exchange Policy


Exchanges are allowed for size issues or product defects, depending on stock availability.


If the desired size or product is unavailable, we’ll issue store credit or a refund, as per your preference.

5. Refunds


Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected.


Refunds are made to the original payment method or as store credit, typically within 5–7 business days of receiving the product.


COD orders are refunded through store credit or bank transfer.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, raise a request within 48 hours of delivery through our return/exchange form. We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund after verification.
