We offer refunds in the following situations:

Damaged / Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective item, you can request a refund within 48 hours of delivery by submitting a return request through our website.

Return Approved Orders: Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected at our facility.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, typically within 5–7 business days after the returned item reaches us.

For COD orders, refunds are issued through store credit or bank transfer after return verification.

📝 Refund amount will exclude shipping charges (if applicable), unless the return is due to a damaged or defective item.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not applicable for:

Products purchased during Sale / Clearance / Promotions (unless damaged or defective)

Accessories, innerwear, and customized or personalized products

Products returned without original packaging or tags

Requests raised after the return/refund window has expired

3. Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations can only be accepted before the order is processed or shipped.

Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after receiving the order as per our Return & Exchange Policy.

4. Late or Missing Refunds
